储水式热水器内胆质量的优劣直接影响热水器的使用安全、卫生以及使用寿命。QB/T 2590-2021《储水式热水器搪瓷制件》标准发布后,引起企业的高度重视,对热水器行业产生重大的影响,也对规范热水器搪瓷制件的质量起到了推进作用。为了促进行业的发展,进一步了解标准,对比了修订前后标准中变化的技术内容。通过此次标准修订,基本弥补了目前热水器搪瓷制件行业出现的不规范问题。

The quality of the storage water heater liner directly affects the safety,health and service life of the water heater.QB/T 2590—2021"Enamel Units of Storage Water Heaters"was issued,causing a high degree of attention to the enterprise,with a valuable impact on the water heater industry,which benefit to regulate the quality of water heaters enamel units.In order to meet the needs of industry development and further understanding of the standard,this paper compared the changes in technical content before and after the revision of the standard.The revision of the standard basically solves the problems identified in the current storage water heater enamel units industry.
