摘要
国家课程标准是数字教材编写的主要依据。围绕“为谁培养人、培养什么人、怎样培养人”这一根本问题,新课标背景下数字教材编写应彰显国家意识形态,贯彻为党育人、为国育才的编写方针;立足学生核心素养,秉持促进人的发展的编写立场;利用信息技术赋能,强调开放创新的编写理念。基于数字教材的教育价值和技术特性,新课标下数字教材编写的结构体系包含“素养本位”的编写目标、“纸质—数字式”的资源体系、“主题—单元式”的组织编排和“立体—融合式”的呈现方式。基于此,数字教材编写应立足鲜明的编写立场,组建专业的编写团队,制定系统的编写标准,选择适当的技术手段,使之立足育人育才立场,更好地实现资源整合、组织编排和呈现样态的创新。
National curriculum standards is the main basis for digital textbook compilation.Focusing on key issues such as the target,obijective and method of talent cultivation,digital textbook compilation under new curriculum standards should dermonstrate national ideology and aim at educating people for the party and the country,be ba sed on students'core competency and promote human developrment,deploy information technology to emphasize open and innovative compilation.Based on the educational value and technical characteristics of digital textbook,the compilation includes competency oriented objective,paper digital resource,theme-unit structure and three-dimension integration presentation.Based on this,the compilation should be based on clear position,professional team,systematic standard,and appropriate technical means to achieve the standpoint of educating people,and the innovation of resource integ ration,or ganization arrangement and presentation.
