摘要
学校课后服务是具有“非正式课程”属性的课程形态,应成为学校课程体系中不可或缺的组成部分,但实施中存在目标定位模糊、内容方式单一、责任主体未定等问题。具有“非正式课程”属性的学校课后服务,主要表征为趣味性与体验性的活动方式、多样性与个性化的经验选择、校本化与结构化的组织形态、拓展性与延伸性的教育机会。学校课后服务应秉持“课程化”和“服务性”开发原则,通过精准化的作业设计与辅导、兴趣性的活动生成与开展、多样化的资源开发与拓展以及基于证据的综合评价来实施。
After school service is a curiculum form with informal-curriculum attribute and indispensable part of school curriculum system.However,there are some problems,such as vague objective,single content and uncertain responsibility subiect.After school service with informal-curriculum attribute is characterized by interesting and experiential activities,diverse and personalized experience choices,school-based and structured organizational forms,and expanding and extending educational opportunities.After school service should adhere to the development principles of curriculum and service,and be implemented through accurate homework design and tutoring,generation and development of interesting activities,development and expansion of diversified resources and comprehensive evaluation based on evidence.
