摘要
构建中国教科书话语体系是应对课程教材改革全球化挑战的需要,是推进新时代教材建设高质量发展的需要,也是信息时代维护国家文化安全的需要。当前教科书话语体系的构建还存在如下问题:教材一体化建设中教科书话语体系的整体规划有待加强,教材治理现代化建设中教科书话语体系面临转化困境,课程教材改革中教科书话语权尚须提升。新时代我国教科书话语体系构建的实现路径为:加强顶层设计,推进教科书话语体系的系统构建;促进教科书话语体系的有机转化,形成话语优势;提升话语能力,全方位增强教科书话语权。
Chinese textbook discourse system construction is the requirement to meet global challenge,to promote the development of textbook construction in the new era,and to maintain national cultural security in the information age.There are the following problems in the construction:the overall planning of the system in textbook integration construction should be strengthened,the system is facing transformation difficulty in textbook governance modernization,and discourse power should be enhanced in curriculum and textbook reform.Construction path is as follows:strengthening top-level design and promoting the systematic construction of the system,promoting the transformation of the system and forming discourse advantage,and improving discourse ability and enhance discourse power in all-round way.
