Insistence and Innovation:Review and Prospect of Student Evaluation Policy in China

学生评价政策是科学实施学生评价的重要保障,对高质量人才培养具有导向和规约作用。新中国成立以来,我国学生评价政策经历了关注学业与品行、重视政治表现、强调“双基”、推进综合素质评价四个时期。评价理念、评价主体、评价内容、评价方法、评价机制等方面都不断向更能促进学生全面而有个性的方向发展。进入新时代,国家高度重视学生评价改革,颁布了一系列卓有成效的政策措施,在落实立德树人根本任务方面发挥了重要作用。为进一步引导学校按规律办学,提升人才培养质量,需要守正创新,综合推进学生评价改革、科学制定指向学生核心素养的综合素质评价指标体系、推进学生综合素质评价与学生“高利害”考试“硬挂钩”、加强基于人工智能技术的评价工具研究。

Student evaluation policy is important guarantee for scientific implementation of student evaluation and plays an important role in guiding and regulating talent cultivation.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,student evaluation policy has gone through four periods:paying attention to school work and conduct,paying attention to political performance,emphasizing double bases,and promoting comprehensive quality.Evaluation concept,subject,content,method and mechanism are all developing towards a more comprehensive and personalized direction.In the new era,China attaches great importance to student evaluation reform and has issued effective policies and measures,which have played an important role in fostering virtue through education.In order to guide schools to operate according to laws and improve talent cultivation,we need to adhere to insistence and innovation,comprehensively promote student evaluation reform,develop comprehensive quality evaluation index system that points to student core competency,link evaluation with important tests,and strengthen the research on evaluation tools based on artificial intelligence.
