基础教育阶段推进习近平法治思想“三进”工作:学理、维度与策略

Integrating Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law into Textbook,Class and Mind During Basic Education:Theory,Dimension and Strategy

党的二十大报告提出,要“全面贯彻新时代中国特色社会主义思想”。习近平法治思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是全面依法治国的根本遵循和行动指南。推进习近平法治思想进教材进课堂进学生头脑是深入贯彻习近平法治思想、深化全面依法治国实践、落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。我们要深入阐释基础教育阶段推进习近平法治思想“三进”工作的学理依据,把握以主体、过程、目标为导向的核心维度,实施全方位、多层次、立体化的策略,构建习近平法治思想系统进教材、生动进课堂、扎实进头脑的长效机制,切实增强中小学学生对习近平法治思想的政治认同、思想认同、理论认同、情感认同。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes that we should fully implement the thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Xi Jinping thought on rule of law is an important part of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,which is also the fundamental follow and action guide for promoting rule of law.Integrating Xi Jinping thought on rule of law into textbook,class and mind is important measure to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping thought on rule of Law,deepen the practice of rule of law and implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.We need to explain the theoretical basis of the three integration,grasp the core dimensions oriented by subject,processes and goal,and implement all-round,multi-tiered and three-dimensional strategy,in order to build long-term mechanism for the three integration and enhance primary and middle school students'political,ideological identity,theoretical and emotional identity of Xi Jinping thought on rule of law.
