京津冀协同发展背景下霸州市城市团的构建及周边关系思考

Bazhou Urban Agglomeration Construction and the Relationship with Surrounding Cities --Under the Background of Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

京津冀协同发展战略为霸州市城市团的进一步完善搭建起了新的平台。霸州市在进一步完善城市团过程中需要形成“一主+一副+一节点+三片区”的发展格局,在完善行政腹地内乡镇中心地间的联系的同时,要完善东西方向和南北方向的城市链。在东西方向上,通过昝岗镇融入雄安新区,通过构建“胜西静”三角形强化胜芳镇与天津市间的联系;在南北方向上成为将永清县和文安县连接在一起的节点。霸州市需要依托既有产业基础,进一步完善城市空间布局,在行政腹地内以霸州市主城区、煎茶铺镇和胜芳镇为核心构建三个次级城市团,更好地对接雄安新区的昝岗镇和天津市的西青区、静海区,并在永清县与文安县间发挥承接作用,为城市团的发展拓展空间。

The strategy of coordinated development of Beying-Tianjin-Hebei region caters new development platform for further improving Bazhou urban agglomeration.The pattern of“one core+one auxiliary+one node+three sub-sections” should be realized in the process of improving Bazhou urban agglomeration.The urban chain should be improved in all directions while strengthening the relationship between town-level centers.In the east-west direction,Zangang town should be integrated with Xiong'an new district,and the delta of“Shengfang town-Xiqing district-Jinghai district”should be built to strengthen the bond between Shengfang town and Tianjin city,which will become a node to connect Yongqing county and Wen,an county in the north-south direction.Bazhou city need to be developed on the basis of industry foundation,further improving urban spatial distribution,building three secondary urban agglomerations in the administrative hinterland with Bazhou city,Jianchapu town and Shengfang town as the core,so as to better link Zangang town in Xiong'an new district and Xiqing district and Jinghai district in Tianjin city,and play a role to connect Yongqing county and Wen’an county to broaden space for further development.
