我国典型贫铁矿石预选技术研究新进展 被引量:5

New Development of Research on Pre-concentration Technology of Typical Poor Iron Ore in China

摘要 介绍了我国铁矿资源的分布及特点,分析了我国典型贫铁矿石预选技术的研究进展,重点评述了超贫磁铁矿、微细粒嵌布磁铁矿、钒钛磁铁矿以及弱磁性赤褐铁矿的预选新工艺和新技术。高压辊磨超细碎逐渐成为贫铁矿石加工的常规工艺之一;综合运用复合力场的新型干式磁选机能够提高细粒级贫磁铁矿预选的精矿品位和抛尾产率;基于半闭合磁系的外磁式预选设备为钒钛磁铁矿石的预选提供了新的途径;粗粒干式和细粒湿式高梯度联合磁选预选能够充分改善赤铁矿的预选效果;智能光电预选技术能够从较粗粒级(+12 mm)的褐铁矿、镜铁矿等弱磁性难选铁矿石中抛出产率7.30%~17.28%的合格尾矿。指出了未来贫铁矿资源开发利用的趋势为超细碎设备、新型复合力场高效磁选预选设备和智能光电预选设备的创新研究。 The distribution and characteristics of iron ore resources in China are introduced,the research progress in the field of typical poor iron ore pre-concentration technology in China is analyzed,and the new pre-concentration technologies and processes for ultra-lean magnetite,microfine embedded magnetite,vanadium titanium magnetite,low intensity magnetic hematite and limonite are reviewed.Ultra-fine crushing by High pressure roller mill is becoming one of the standard processes for grinding lean iron ore.The new dry magnetic separator with composite force field can improve the concentrate grade and tailings yield of pre-concentration of poor magnetite and micro-fine embedded magnetite.The internal magnetic cylinder pre-concentration based on semi-closed magnetic system and composite position provides a new way for pre-concentration of vanadium and titanium magnetite.And the combined of dry pre-concentration for coarse-grained iron ore and wet high-gradient pre-concentration for fine-grained iron ore by magnetic pre-concentration process can fully improve the separation effect;Intelligent photoelectric pre-concentration could reduce qualified tailings with a yield of 7.30%~17.28%from low intensity magnetic limonite,mirror iron ore and other refractory iron ores with coarse particle size greater than 12 mm.The future trends in the development and utilization of poor iron ore resources are pointed out as the full application of ultra-fine crushing technology,innovative research of new composite force field efficient magnetic pre-concentration equipment and intelligent photoelectric pre-concentration equipment,and the rational utilization of poor iron ore pre-selection tailings.
