摘要
为了研究三乙醇胺作为助磨剂对钼尾矿粉颗粒及其砂浆性能的影响。采用在钼尾矿中加入0.5%的三乙醇胺,以及未加入三乙醇胺进行球磨的方法,通过测试粒度分布、细度与比表面积等性能指标,并观察颗粒的微观形貌,分析了三乙醇胺及球磨时间对钼尾矿粉颗粒的影响,通过强度、活性指数、微观形貌及水化产物等指标,分析了三乙醇胺对钼尾矿粉砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:加入三乙醇胺对钼尾矿粉的球磨效果明显优于未加入三乙醇胺的钼尾矿粉,其球磨20 min的粒度分布与未加入三乙醇胺球磨40 min的粒度分布相近,且细度更小;加入三乙醇胺球磨后的钼尾矿粉颗粒形状较圆滑,但表面附着的小颗粒较多;加入三乙醇胺球磨20 min的钼尾矿粉砂浆强度、活性指数与直接球磨40 min的钼尾矿粉砂浆相近,且其C—S—H凝胶、钙矾石等水化产物生成量较多,微观结构更加致密。
In order to study the influence of triethanolamine as grinding aid on the properties of molybdenum tailings powder particles and mortar.The molybdenum tailings were ball milled by adding 0.5%triethanolamine and without triethanolamine.The influences of triethanolamine and ball milling time on the molybdenum tailings powder particles were analyzed by testing the particle size distribution,fineness and specific surface area,and observing the microstructure of the particles.The influence of triethanolamine on the properties of molybdenum tailings powder mortar was analyzed by strength,activity index,microstructure and hydration products.The results show that the ball milling influence of molybdenum tailings powder with triethanolamine is better than that without triethanolamine.The particle size distribution of 20 min ball milling is similar to that of 40 min ball milling without triethanolamine,and the fineness is smaller.The particle shape of molybdenum tailings powder with triethanolamine ball milling is smooth,but there are more small particles attached to the surface.The strength and activity index of molybdenum tailings mortar with triethanolamine ball milling for 20 min are similar to those of molybdenum tailings mortar with direct ball milling for 40 min,and the amount of C-S-H gel,ettringite and other hydration products are more,and the microstructure is more compact.
