摘要
传统测绘方式效率低,劳动强度大,确权入户难,村民配合度不高,本文提出采用倾斜摄影的方式进行地籍测绘,并基于三维模型成果进行指界确权。以实际项目为例,对本文生产的地籍成果从界址点和边长两方面进行了精度检测,其成果精度均满足地籍二级精度要求,且确权是通过三维模型完成,为农村地籍测绘项目的高效顺利开展带来借鉴。
In view of the low efficiency of traditional surveying and mapping,high labor intensity,difficulty in confirming the right to enter households,and low cooperation degree of villagers,this paper proposes to adopt the way of oblique photography for cadastral surveying and mapping,and to confirm the right of the boundary based on the results of three-dimensional model Taking the actual project as an example,the accuracy of the cadastral results produced in this paper was tested from two aspects of boundary point and side length.The accuracy of the results all met the second-level accuracy requirements of cadastral,and the right was confirmed by three-dimensional model,which brought reference for the efficient and smooth development of the rural cadastral surveying and mapping project.
