摘要
导轨是附着式升降脚手架的主承力构件,其刚度是决定脚手架安全运行的重要因素。以6061-T6铝合金挤压型材制造的附着式升降脚手架导轨为研究对象,通过理论计算、有限元分析和现场工艺试验对导轨的弯曲刚度进行研究,对加载过程中导轨的变形行为进行分析。结果表明,6061-T6铝合金挤压型材制造的导轨满足设计要求。
The guide rail is the main load-bearing component of an attached lifting scaffold,and its stiffness is an important factor determining the safe operation of the scaffold.Takes the attached lifting scaffold rail made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy extruded profiles as the research object.Through theoretical calculation,finite element analysis,and on-site process tests,the bending stiffness of the rail is studied,and the deformation behavior of the rail during loading is analyzed.The results show that the guide rails made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy extruded profiles meet the design requirements.
