B型地铁新型环保轻量化内装设计

摘要 依托新型环保轻量化内装系统技术研究课题,对B型地铁车内设施及司机室面罩进行全新轻量化结构设计。面罩包含:无人驾驶端面罩和有人驾驶端面罩,车内设施包含:有人驾驶端司机室内饰板、有人驾驶端司机台、客室窗区墙板、客室门立柱、客室六人翻转座椅、客室顶部扶手、客室挡风屏、散流器、无人驾驶司机室内饰板、无人驾驶司机台等。轻量化结构主要实现新材料、新工艺的运用,各部件的轻量化使地铁整体内装呈现出与以往不一样的科技感。各部件轻量化设计使整车重量比常规B型地铁减重10%左右。 Based on the new environmental and lightweight internal system technology research topic,the new lightweight structure design of B-type subway facilities and driver's cab mask is carried out.Face mask includes:driverless end mask and driverless end mask,and the vehicle facilities include:driverless end driver interior decoration panel,driverless end driver platform,passenger window area wall panel,passenger room door post,passenger room six-person rollover seat,passenger room top armrest,passenger room windscreen,diffuser,driverless driver interior decoration panel,driverless driver platform,etc.The lightweight structure mainly realizes the application of new materials and new processes.The lightweight of each component makes the overall interior of the subway show a different sense of science and technology than before.The lightweight design of each component reduces the weight of the whole vehicle by about 10%compared with the conventional type B subway.
