异形柱框架住宅楼结构的鉴定与加固技术

摘要 本文以某异形柱框架住宅楼为例,对混凝土强度、楼板厚度、碳化深度、钢筋力学性能等多项指标展开了现场检测,并根据检测结果对该住宅楼的混凝土结构展开了安全性和抗震性鉴定。结果表明,该住宅楼整体倾斜率超过了标准要求,柱的轴压比和梁、板的承载力均达不到要求,需要进行加固处理。文章提出了增大截面法提高轴压比,粘贴钢板法和叠浇混凝土法提高梁、板的承载力。采取相应的加固技术后,切实提高了异形柱框架住宅楼结构的稳定性与安全性。 In this paper,a residential building with shaped column frame as an example,the concrete strength,floor thickness,carbonization depth,mechanical properties of reinforcement and other indicators were tested on the spot,and according to the test results of the concrete structure of the residential building safety and seismic identification.The results show that the overall inclination rate of the residential building exceeds the standard requirements,the axial compression ratio of the column and the bearing capacity of the beam and plate are not up to the requirements,and need to be strengthened.This paper puts forward the method of increasing section to improve axial compression ratio,and the method of pasting steel plate and pouring concrete to improve the bearing capacity of beam and slab.After adopting the corresponding reinforcement technology,the stability and safety of the residential building with special-shaped column frame can be effectively improved.
