摘要
新型太阳能集热瓦的主要成分是合成树脂,加上抗冲击改性成分与润滑成分等加工材料,利用挤出工艺做成的建筑屋面用瓦。先分析集热瓦的集热效率,然后对选择性吸收涂层与新型太阳能集热瓦的日有效使用的热量做研究分析,并与以往选择性吸收涂层的实验数据进行对比,通过计算公式得出集热瓦的集热效率、日有效使用热量。完成以上分析再对新型太阳能集热瓦进行可行性分析,分别从经济效益、环保效益这两方面进行验证,以哈密光热项目为案例进行分析研究,最终证明其具有可行性。
The main component of the new type of solar collector tile is synthetic resin,combined with processing materials such as impact resistant modified ingredients and lubricating ingredients,and is made into building roof tiles using extrusion technology.First analyzes the heat collection efficiency of the collector tile,and then conducts research and analysis on the daily effective heat usage of the selective absorption coating and the new solar collector tile.It is compared with previous experimental data of the selective absorption coating,and the heat collection efficiency and daily effective heat usage of the collector tile are obtained through calculation formulas.After completing the above analysis,feasibility analysis will be conducted on the new solar collector tile,which will be verified from two aspects:economic benefits and environmental benefits.The Hami photothermal project will be used as a case study to ultimately prove its feasibility.
