PAC-13排水沥青混合料设计及工程应用

摘要 针对南方高温多雨环境下沥青路面水损害易发的现状,依托广州新白云国际机场第二高速公路北段路面工程,尝试应用PAC-13排水路面新结构。通过原材料试验、混合料配合比设计、混合料性能测试,初步确定了PAC-13排水沥青混合料组成设计。通过工程实施,对混合料生产、摊铺、碾压等施工工艺及各环节的温度控制进行了验证,结合路面各项性能检测结果,最终确定了PAC-13排水沥青路面的混合料组成设计及施工工艺,为后续的工程应用提供经验参考。 In view of the current situation that asphalt pavement has been prone to water damage under the high temperature and rainy environment in south China,in this paper,the new PAC-13 drainage pavement structure based on pavement project of NorthernSection of the Second Expressway of Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport has been adopted.The composition design of PAC-13 drainage asphalt mixture has beenpreliminarily determined by raw material test,mixture mix ratio design and mixture performance test.Through the implementation of the project,the mixing production,paving,rolling and other construction processes and temperature control of each processhave been verified.Being combined with the performance test results of the road surface,the mixture composition design and construction process of PAC-13 drainage asphalt pavement have been finally determined,which could provide reference for the future engineering application.
