摘要
柔性是波纹钢管廊异于混凝土管廊的根本原因。为研究波纹钢管廊的力学性能,依托实际工程,采用现场实验与数值分析的方法对波纹钢管廊在安装支架和未安装支架的不同情况下进行测试与受力分析。结果表明:管廊支架的支撑作用减小了管廊所受的拉力,使全截面受压,对管廊有利;未安装支架且填土未过管顶时,管廊顶部随着覆土高度的增加逐渐由向上变形变为向下变形,管体两侧逐渐由内收向外张变化;安装支架时,随着覆土高度的增加管廊两侧逐渐由土体挤压管体向管体挤压土体变化,逐渐由内收向外张变化,但由于安装了内部支架,这种变化不是特别明显。
Flexibility is the fundamental reason that corrugated steel pipe corridor is different from concrete pipe corridor.In order to study the mechanical properties of corrugated steel pipe corridor,relying on practical engineering,field experiment and numerical analysis method have been used to test and analyze the force of corrugated steel pipe corridor in different situations of installing and not installing supports.The results have shown that the supporting effect of the pipe gallery support reduces the tension of the pipe gallery and makes the whole section compressed,which is beneficial to the pipe gallery.When the support is not installed and the soil is not filled over the top of the pipe,the top of the pipe gallery gradually changes from upward deformation to downward deformation with the increase of soil covering height,and both sides of the pipe body gradually change from inward to outward tension.When the support is installed,with the increase of the soil covering height,the two sides of the pipe corridor gradually change from the soil squeezing pipe body to the soil squeezing pipe body,and gradually change from inward to outward.However,due to the installation of internal support,this change is not particularly obvious.
