“一带一路”倡议是我国扩大对外开放的重大战略举措和经济外交的顶层设计,是我国今后相当长时期对外开放和对外合作的管总规划,也是我国推动全球治理体系变革的主动作为。十年来,国家领导人和各级政府高度重视“一带一路”建设,设计共建“一带一路”总体架构,推动这一伟大倡议从理念转化为行动,从愿景转变为现实。共建“一带一路”倡议在推动全球互联互通、重塑国际贸易格局、推进全球治理变革、拉动世界经济增长等方面发挥了重要作用,已成为各方共商共建共享的繁荣之路,为全球经济复苏作出持续的、进阶的、实质性的贡献。当前,共建“一带一路”面临的外部环境风高浪急、动荡不安,但机遇与挑战并存,共建“一带一路”仍面临重要机遇期。未来,高质量共建“一带一路”将在更大范围、更宽领域、更深层次推动国际合作,实现互利共赢,谱写新的篇章。

The Belt and Road Initiative is a major strategic measure to expand China􀆳s opening up and the top-level design of economic diplomacy.It is the overall plan for China􀆳s opening up and cooperation with foreign countries for a long time.It is also the initiative of China to promote the reform of the global governance system.Over the past decade,Chinese leaders and governments at all levels have attached great importance to the Belt and Road Initiative,designed the overall framework of the Belt and Road cooperation,and translated this great initiative from concept to action and from vision to reality.The Belt and Road Initiative has played an important role in promoting global connectivity,reshaping international trade patterns,advancing global governance reform and boosting world economic growth.It has become a road to prosperity through consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits for all parties,and made sustained,progressive and substantial contributions to global economic recovery.At present,the Belt and Road cooperation faces a turbulent external environment.However,opportunities and challenges coexist.The Belt and Road cooperation still faces an important period of opportunities.In the future,highquality Belt and Road cooperation will promote international cooperation in more areas and at deeper levels,achieve mutual benefit and win-win results,and write a new chapter.
