现代学徒制视域下的“教学工厂”育人模式探索

The Exploration of Teaching Factory Education Mode in the Perspective of Modern Apprenticeship

现代学徒制下的“教学工厂”,有效发挥了生产性实习实训教育功能,并体现出了教学实训“市场化”、“价值化”以及“无界化”特征。当前国内高校普遍采用岗位导向型、学习实践混合型以及项目驱动型模式来推动现代学徒制下“教学工厂”育人工作的开展,通过标准化建设载体硬件与配套设施设备、建立健全管理机制体制、优化人才培养方案、完善学生考评体系等途径来确保育人模式的高效运行。

The teaching factory under the modem apprenticeship system has effectively played the role in the educational function of productive practice and training,and has presented the characteristics of marke-tization,value,and boundlessness of teaching and training.At present,domestic colleges and universities generally adopt post oriented,learning and practice mixed,and project driven models to promote the development of teaching factory education under the modem apprenticeship system.It is put forward the standardized construction of carrier hardware and supporting facilities and equipment,establishment and improvement of management mechanism,optimization of talent training program,improvement of student e-valuation system and other ways to ensure the efficient operation of the education mode.
