摘要
细菌冶金技术用于处理低品位的尾矿,可有效溶解矿石中的镍元素。本试验选用矿坑中的菌种作为原始菌种进行培养,考察pH和温度对菌种生长的影响,并利用尾矿池浸模拟堆浸,对比不同固液比的细菌浸出效果。试验结果表明,最佳pH为2,最佳温度为30℃,此时细菌浓度可达4.6×10^(8)个/mL。经尾矿池浸模拟,固液比分别为30%、40%和50%时,镍的浸出率分别为80.0%、76.2%、63.9%,浸出渣的镍品位分别为0.026%、0.031%、0.047%。细菌冶金技术对尾矿有很好的浸出效果,可以解决尾矿长期堆存问题,应用前景广阔。
Bacterial metallurgy technology is used to treat low grade tailings,which can effectively dissolve nickel in ores.In this experiment,the bacteria in the mine pit are selected as the original bacteria for cultivation,and the effects of p H and temperature on the growth of the bacteria are investigated,and tailings pond leaching is used to simulate heap leaching,and the effects of bacterial leaching with different solid-liquid ratios are compared.The experimental results show that the optimal pH is 2,the optimal temperature is 30℃,and the bacterial concentration can reach 4.6×10^(8) pieces/mL.After tailings pond leaching simulation,when the solid-liquid ratio is 30%,40%and 50%,the nickel leaching rates are 80.0%,76.2%and 63.9%,respectively,and the nickel grades of the leaching residue are 0.026%,0.031%and 0.047%,respectively.Bacterial metallurgy technology has a good leaching effect on tailings,which can solve the long-term stockpiling problem of tailings,and has a broad application prospect.
