制丝废弃物风险分析与处置

摘要 为促进制丝产业资源循环利用,加强进口废丝风险防控,本研究对各制丝工序产生的废弃物进行梳理分类、量化测算和风险分析。制丝废弃物主要归类为丝胶和蛹酸溶失物、干下脚、湿下脚,其中丝胶和蛹酸溶失物占比最大,制丝产业资源化利用重点应加强丝胶和蛹酸的回收和产业化利用。制丝废弃物具有动物源性产品属性,储存、运输、再利用都存在一定生物安全风险,在废丝进口持续增长的现状下,应重点加强进口废丝生物安全风险监管。建议加强制丝产业资源循环利用集成技术开发和示范,严密开展进口废丝监管,加强制丝废弃物风险防控体系建设,确保制丝废弃物资源的高质量转化应用。 In order to promote the recycling and utilization of resources in the silk industry and strengthen the risk prevention and control of imported waste silk,this study conducts sorting,quantitative calculation,and risk analysis of the waste generated in various processes of silk production.Silk waste is mainly classified as sericin and pupal acid soluble matter,dry residue,and wet residue,with sericin and pupal acid soluble matter accounting for the largest proportion,the focus of resource utilization in the silk industry should be on strengthening the recovery and industrial utilization of sericin and pupal acid.Silk waste has the attribute of animal derived products,and there are certain biosafety risks in storage,transportation,and reuse,with the continuous growth o£waste silk imports,it is necessary to focus on strengthening the biosafety risk supervision of imported waste silk.It is recommended to strengthen the development and demonstration of integrated technologies for the recycling and utilization of resources in the silk industry,strictly carry out the supervision of imported waste silk,strengthen the construction of a risk prevention and control system for silk waste,and ensure the high-quality transformation and application of silk waste resources.
