2006—2021年我国报废机动车回收拆解行业发展状况分析

Analysis of the Development Status of China's Scrap Motor Vehicle Recycling and Dismantling Industry from 2006 to 2021

近年来,我国报废机动车存量激增。报废机动车资源价格高,零部件可重复使用,具有非常可观的回收再利用价值。目前,我国报废机动车回收拆解行业的政策体系逐渐完善,全国报废汽车回收拆解资质企业数量稳步提升,报废机动车回收拆解企业升级改造取得极大进展。我国报废机动车的回收量呈现大幅上涨趋势。2021年回收量高达300.2万辆,较2006年的90万辆增加233.56%。我国报废机动车的回收价值同样呈现大幅增加趋势。2021年回收价值高达276.9亿元,较2006年的20.5亿元增加1 250.73%。目前,我国报废机动车回收拆解行业还存在企业整体水平较低以及回用件、再制造件领域不完善的问题。未来应该加紧建立大型报废汽车回收拆解再利用基地,拓展报废汽车回用件的销售市场,加紧完善新能源汽车的回收利用体系。

In recent years,the stock of scrapped motor vehicles in China has surged.The price of scrapped motor vehicle resources is high,and the components can be reused,which has significant recycling and reuse value.At present,the policy system for the recycling and dismantling industry of scrapped motor vehicles in China is gradually improving,and the number of qualified enterprises for recycling and dismantling scrapped motor vehicles in China is steadily increasing,and the upgrading and transformation of scrapped motor vehicle recycling and dismantling enterprises has made great progress.The recycling volume of scrapped motor vehicles in China is showing a significant upward trend.In 2021,the recycling volume reached 3.02 million vehicles,an increase of 233.56% compared to the 900000 vehicles in 2006.The recycling value of scrapped motor vehicles in China is also showing a significant increase trend.The recycling value in 2021 reached 27.69 billion yuan,an increase of 1250.73%compared to 2.05 billion yuan in 2006.At present,there are still problems in the recycling and dismantling industry of scrapped motor vehicles in China,such as low overall level of enterprises and incomplete fields of recycled and remanufactured parts.In the future,eflorts should be made to establish large-scale recycling,dismantling and reuse bases for scrapped vehicles,expand the sales market for scrapped vehicle recycled parts,and accelerate the improvement of the recycling and utilization system for new energy vehicles.
