氨基乙腈盐酸盐生产废水处理技术应用研究

摘要 某企业氨基乙腈盐酸盐生产废水分为两种,即高浓度废水和低浓度废水,废水处理工艺比较复杂。经设计,先采用“两级碱性氯化法破氰+蒸发析盐”处置高浓度工艺废水,大幅度去除废水中的氰化物、甲醛、氨氮和盐分,再采用“铁碳微电解+芬顿氧化+中和沉淀”预处理,进一步去除废水中的有机污染物,出水与剩余低浓度废水混合,采用“UASB+A/O+MBR”组合工艺进行处理。实践表明,项目最终排水可达到接管标准。 The wastewater from aminoacetonitrile hydrochloride production of an enterprise is divided into two types,namely high concentration wastewater and low concentration wastewater,the wastewater treatment process is relatively complex.After design,the high concentration process wastewater is first treated with a“two-stage alkaline chlorination method for cyanide breaking+evaporation for salt precipitation”,which significantly removes cyanide,formaldehyde,ammonia nitrogen and salt in the wastewater,then,a“iron carbon micro electrolysis+Fenton oxidation+neutralization precipitation”pre-treatment is used to further remove organic pollutants in the wastewater,the effluent is mixed with the remaining low concentration wastewater,which is treated by using the“UASB+A/O+MBR”combined process.Practice has shown that the final drainage of the project can meet the standards for connecting pipelines.
