摘要
构建污水处理厂精确曝气和碳源精准投加系统有助于保证出水稳定达标,同时降低污水处理厂的电耗、药耗以及人工成本。本文以寿光市西城污水处理厂为例,结合污水处理工艺流程,分析城镇污水处理厂精确曝气与碳源精准投加系统,研究模型参数的优化方法。在未来进水水质、水量稳定的前提下,污水处理厂要对当前的进水水质、水量与相关工艺参数进行实时监测,应用模型对曝气量和碳源投加量进行精准控制,从而节能降耗,保证出水水质稳定达标。
Building a precise aeration and carbon source dosing system for sewage treatment plants helps to ensure stable effluent compliance,while reducing power,drug,and labor costs for the plants.Taking the Xicheng Sewage Treatment Plant in Shouguang City as an example,this paper analyzes the precise aeration and carbon source dosing system of urban sewage treatment plant based on the sewage treatment process flow,and studies the optimization method of model parameters.On the premise of stable inflow water quality and quantity in the future,sewage treatment plants need to monitor the current inflow water quality,quantity and related process parameters in real time,and apply models to accurately control the aeration amount and carbon source dosage,in order to save energy and reduce consumption,and ensure stable and standard effluent water quality.
