地方高校多元协同创新创业人才培养体系构建——以南京工业大学为例

Construction of the multiple collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship talent training system in local colleges and universities——Take Nanjing Tech University as an example

在“大众创业、万众创新”的时代背景下,如何有效整合多方资源,充分发挥多元主体的育人功能,构建多元协同的创新创业人才培养体系,更好地服务地方经济社会高质量发展,已成为地方高校亟待回应的问题。针对当前创新创业教育面临的困境与挑战,地方高校需要从培养模式、体制机制、课程体系、师资建设等方面精准发力、寻求突破,以多元协同、融合创新的思路推进创新创业人才培养改革。南京工业大学立足办学特色,围绕应用型创新创业人才培养进行了一系列探索与实践,构筑了“一体两翼三课堂四平台”多元协同的创新创业人才培养体系,有效提升了创新创业教育质量。

In the era of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,how to effectively integrate multiple resources,give full play to the educational function of multi-participant,construct a multiple collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship talent training system,and provide a better service to the high-quality development of local economy and society has become an urgent issue for local colleges and universities to respond.In view of the difficulties and challenges faced by the current innovation and entrepreneurship education,local colleges and universities need to make precise efforts and seek breakthroughs in the training mode,system mechanism,curriculum system,teacher construction,etc.,and promote the innovation and entrepreneurship talent training reform with the idea of multiple coordination and integrated innovation.Based on the school-running characteristics,Nanjing Tech University has carried out a series of explorations and practices around the cultivation of application-oriented innovation and entrepreneurship talents and construct a multiple collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation system of“one body,two wings,three classes and four platforms”,which has effectively improved the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
