在线学术社区知识交流服务能力成熟度评价与实证研究

Evaluation and Empirical Study of the Capability Maturity of Knowledge Exchange Service of Online Academic Communities

在线学术社区是共享学术资源、促进知识交流的重要载体,其兴起与发展拓宽了图书情报学的研究空间,对我国科技信息化以及社会信息化水平的提升具有重要意义。为提升我国在线学术社区的知识交流服务能力,文章借鉴能力成熟度模型的思想,从影响知识交流效果的因素出发,构建在线学术社区知识交流服务能力成熟度模型与评价指标体系,运用群决策分析法计算指标权重,制定评价规则并获取综合得分及对应成熟度等级。选取4个国内典型的在线学术社区为实证对象,验证在线学术社区知识交流服务能力成熟度模型的适用性,并依据评价结果提出其现存不足及未来优化方向,以期推动我国在线学术社区知识交流服务整体水平的提升,更加高效地促进学术创新,对于丰富知识交流服务领域的研究具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。

Online academic community is an important carrier for sharing academic resources and promoting knowledge exchange.Its rise and development expand the research space of library and information science,and play an important role in improving the level of scientific and technological information technology and social information technology in China.In order to improve the knowledge exchange service ability of Chinese online academic community,this paper draws on the idea of capability maturity model and constructs the maturity model and evaluation index system of knowledge exchange service ability of online academic community from the factors that affect the effect of knowledge exchange.The weight of indicators is calculated by group decision analysis method,and the evaluation rules are formulated to obtain the comprehensive score and corresponding maturity level.Four typical domestic online academic communities are selected as the empirical objects to verify the applicability of the capability maturity model of knowledge exchange service of online academic communities.Based on the evaluation results,the existing deficiencies and optimization directions are proposed,in order to promote the overall level of knowledge exchange service of online academic communities in China.It has important theoretical value and practical significance to enrich the research in the field of knowledge exchange services.
