摘要
进入21世纪以来,我国橡胶机械行业呈现高速发展的趋势,某些橡胶机械设备,如密炼机、开炼机在工作中总是伴随着冲击,减速箱内部齿轮在冲击负载的作用下易发生疲劳断裂。齿轮在啮合过程中,接触线的长度随齿轮转动有规律的变化,在冲击负载和接触线的共同作用下,交变应力副放大,使齿轮寿命降低。本文通过研究齿轮接触线的变化规律,合理设计齿轮参数,从而提高齿轮的承载能力。
Since entering the 21st century,China's rubber machinery industry has shown a trend of rapid development.Some rubber mechanical equipment,such as internal mixers and open mixers,always come with impacts during operation.The internal gears of the gearbox are prone to fatigue fracture under the action of impact loads.During the meshing process of gears,the length of the contact line changes regularly with the rotation of the gear.Under the combined action of impact load and contact line,the alternating stress increases,resulting in a decrease in gear life.This article studies the variation law of gear contact line,reasonably designs gear parameters,and thereby improves the bearing capacity of gears.
