农村金融高质量发展赋能乡村产业振兴的分异演化与效应检验

The Heterogeneous Evolution and Effect Inspection of the High-quality Development of Rural Finance Empowering the Industrial Revitalization of Rural Areas

农村金融高质量发展是乡村产业振兴的重要支撑。构建评价指标体系并定量刻画农村金融高质量发展与乡村产业振兴水平,比较二者的分异演进特征,应用时空统计学手段揭示演化分异中的相关关系,再以地理探测器模型揭示农村金融高质量发展赋能乡村产业振兴的驱动效应。研究发现,其一,农村金融高质量发展水平的空间分布不均衡性问题突出,乡村产业振兴水平的总体差异缩减趋势比较稳定。其二,农村金融量的扩张与乡村产业振兴水平能够维持稳定的相关关系,质的提升、总体水平与乡村产业振兴水平间的趋同程度在逐步增强。其三,农村金融量的扩张为乡村产业振兴提供外生动力,与质的提升存在正向交互作用,应兼顾农村金融发展量与质的相互协调。据此提出相关建议供参考。

The high-quality development of rural finance provides important support for the industrial revitalization of rural areas.This paper built an evaluation index system,quantitatively described the high-quality development of rural finance and the level of the industrial revitalization of rural areas,compared their characteristics of heterogeneous evolution,found relations in heterogeneous evolution with methods of spatiotemporal statistics,and then revealed the driving effect of the high-quality development of rural finance empowering the industrial revitalization of rural areas with the geographical detector model.First,the problem of uneven spatial distribution of the level of high-quality development of rural finance is prominent,the overall difference reduction trend of the industrial revitalization of rural areas is relatively stable.Second,the quantitative expansion of rural finance and the level of the industrial revitalization of rural areas can maintain a stable correlation,with a gradually higher degree of convergence among qualitative improvement,the overall level and the level of the industrial revitalization of rural areas.Last,quantitative expansion of rural finance provides exogenous power for the level of the industrial revitalization of rural areas,there is a positive interaction with qualitative improvement,we should pay attention to the coordination between the quantity and quality of rural finance.
