摘要
益生菌进行包被处理,可有效阻隔外界不良环境对活菌数量的影响,使益生菌顺利到达肠道并能够黏附和定植,继而调控肠道微生物平衡,发挥多种益生功能。制备耐储存、耐高温、耐高压且耐酸性的有效微生态制剂产品,提高益生菌在生产、贮存和饲喂过程中的稳定性,是畜牧业发展对饲用益生菌加工技术的必然要求。文章综述了饲用益生菌的生理功能和益生菌的包被目的、方法、壁材以及纳米包被的相关研究,以期为益生菌包被技术的发展以及饲用益生菌的高效应用提供理论基础和技术支撑。
The coating treatment of probiotics can effectively impede the impact of the adverse external environment on the number of viable bacteria,and thus probiotics can smoothly reach the intestinal tract,be able to adhere and colonize in intestine,regulate the balance of intestinal microorganisms,and play a variety of probiotic functions.Preparation of effective microecological products with storage resistance,high temperature resistance,high pressure resistance and acid resistance,and improvement the stability of probiotics in the process of production,storage and feeding are the inevitable requirements for the development of animal husbandry for the pro⁃cessing technology of feeding probiotics.This re⁃view summarized the physiological function of feeding probiotics,coating purpose,method and wall material of probiotics and related research on nanocoated,so as to provide theoretical basis and tech⁃nical support for the development of coating technology of probiotics and efficient application of feeding probiotics.
