摘要
从“检定”和“校准”概念出发,强调了“校准”溯源有效性。分别对采用标准器的“标称值”和上溯源“实测值”作为标准值的下传校准结果进行不确定评定。提出当下传校准条件与上溯源校准条件不同时需要进行插值计算,并以插值测量不确定度的评定来确保插值计算的合理性。介绍了各种插值算法,并以四端对高频电感器为例,采用线性插值和二次多项式进行测量结果值和测量不确定度的插值计算。当测量点的间隔较小时,用较低阶数的多项式进行插值,也能取得较好的测量结果。
Starting from the concepts of‘verification’and‘calibration’,the effectiveness of calibration traceability is emphasized.The uncertainty evaluation is carried out on the down-transmission calibration results using the standard‘nominal value’and the up-traceability‘measured value’as the standard value respectively.It is proposed that interpolation calculation should be carried out when the current calibration conditions are different from the upstream calibration conditions,and the uncertainty of interpolation measurement is assessed to ensure the rationality of interpolation calibration.Various interpolation algorithms are introduced.Taking a four-terminal pair of high frequency inductors as an example,linear interpolation and quadratic polynomial are used to calculate the interpolation the measurement results and measurement uncertainty.When the interval of measurement points is small,better measurement results also can be obtained with polynomial of lower order.
