摘要
以储能直流电源为研究对象,引入了一种前馈控制方法。首先,详细地介绍了传统闭环的缺陷,分析了引入前馈后的控制策略对电源外特性的影响;然后,对电路拓扑结构、控制算法和控制策略等进行理论分析,用DSP实现数字控制,之后进行实物研制;最后,基于全桥DC-DC变换器的拓扑结构,分析了双闭环控制策略无法提高开关电源外部特性的主要原因,研究了一种负载电流前馈控制的双闭环控制策略。该策略在电压和电流双闭环的基础上增加了一个负载电流补偿环节,其中电压环采用了PID控制,而电流环则采用了滞环控制,这种控制方式不仅能有效地提高电源的外部特性,而且能在不同的电压等级下获得高质量的直流输出。
Taking the energy storage DC power supply as the research object,a feedforward control method is introduced.Firstly,the defects of the traditional closed-loop is introduced in detail,and the influence of the control strat-egy after the introduction of feedforward on the external characteristics of the power supply is analyzed.Then the circuit topology,control algorithm and control strategy are analyzed in theory.The digital control is realized by DSP,and then the real object is developed.Finally,based on the topology of full bridge DC-DC converter,the main reason why the double closed loop control strategy can not improve the external characteristics of switching power supply is analyzed,and a double closed loop control strategy of load current feedforward control is studied.This strategy adds a load current compensation link on the basis of double closed-loop voltage and current.The voltage loop adopts PID control and the current loop adopts hysteresis control.This control method cannot only effectively improve the external characteristics of the power supply,but also obtain high-quality DC output at different voltage levels.
