质量月活动误区与开展方法研究

质量是企业的生命,保证质量是产品科研生产过程中的重点,除了按照科研生产过程中规定的程序实施质量管理外,各类专题质量活动成为了各大企业提升质量的途径。质量月活动是我国40多年的实践,是在各个领域提升产品质量的重要途径与方法。以监管部门与承制单位合作开展的质量月专题活动为实例,识别了质量月活动组织过程中容易出现的4大误区,并通过刨析切实的案例,给出了保障质量月活动效果的方法,旨在帮助科研院所或企业切实发挥质量月活动的作用,避免活动形式化,真正地提高产品质量或工作质量。

Quality is the life of enterprises and the quality assurance is the key point in the process of product scientific research and production.In addition to implementing quality management according to the procedures specified in the scientific research and production process,various special quality activities have become the way for major enterprises to improve their quality.Quality Month activity is an important path and method to improve product quality in various fields,which has been practiced for more than 40 years in China.Taking the Quality Month special activity that is carried out by the supervision department and the contractor as an example,four mistakes that are easy to appear in the organization process of Quality Month activities are identified.At the meantime,the method to ensure the effect of Quality Month activities are demonstrated through analyzing practical cases,aiming to help scientific research institutions or enterprises effectively play the role of Quality Month activities,avoid formalism and truly improve product quality or work quality.
