摘要
为了比较甘南野生和人工栽培羊肚菌营养价值,对不同生长条件下的野生和人工栽培羊肚菌的营养成分、矿物质元素、氨基酸含量等方面进行检测对比.结果表明,人工栽培羊肚菌在蛋白质、锌硒等微量元素、氨基酸总含量等方面均优于野生羊肚菌,且质量可控、产量更高,具有重要的开发利用价值.
In order to scientifically evaluate the nutritional value of wild and artificially cultivated morels in Gannan,the nutritional components,mineral elements and amino acid contents of morels under different growth conditions were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the total content of protein,some minerals and amino acids of morels grown under artificial cultivation condition were better than those grown under wild condition.Moreover,artificially cultivated morels had controllable quality and higher yield,which had important development and utilization value.
