材料组成对砂浆基本需水率及堆积密实度影响

摘要 以石粉掺量、粉煤灰掺量、砂级配、体积砂率为自变量,设计四因素四水平正交试验,对砂浆基本需水率、堆积密实度进行了测试。使用极差分析、方差分析法对测试结果进行分析,确定了各因素对砂浆基本需水率、堆积密实度影响程度的大小排序为粉煤灰掺量>砂级配>体积砂率>石粉掺量。采用层次分析法进行了配合比优化,得出了考虑基本需水率、堆积密实度两指标下的最佳配比,即石粉掺量10%+粉煤灰掺量60%+细度模数3.4+体积砂率42%。 Orthogonal tests with four factors and four levels were designed with stone powder content, fly ash content, sand gradation and volume sand ratio as independent variables to test the density of mortar stacking.Range analysis and variance analysis were used to analyze the test results, and the order of influence degree of each factor on basic water requirement and packing density of mortar was determined as fly ash content sand gradation volume sand content stone powder content.The mixture ratio was optimized by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the optimal ratio was obtained considering the basic water requirement rate and packing density, that is, stone powder content 10%+ fly ash content 60%+ fineness modulus 3.4+ volume sand content 42%.
