三大经济圈绿色创新效率时空格局演变研究

摘要 基于长三角、泛珠三角、环渤海三大经济圈2010—2019年的面板数据,运用SE-U-SBM模型实证考察三大经济圈绿色创新效率的发展特征,并借助探索性空间数据分析法(ESDA)和热点分析法(Getis-Ord Gi*)深入探究其时空格局及演变趋势。研究发现:三大经济圈绿色创新效率呈波动上升态势,但梯度效应显著:长三角经济圈处于绝对领先地位,环渤海经济圈处于较低水平;三大经济圈绿色创新效率具有明显的正向空间溢出效应,空间跃迁多表现为本位跃迁,“高水平垄断”与“低水平陷阱”现象并存;三大经济圈绿色创新效率冷、热点地区呈片状分布,冷点区位于泛珠三角经济圈西部和环渤海经济圈北部,热点区位于长三角和泛珠三角经济圈东部,呈现出显著的空间趋同效应。 Based on the panel data of the three economic circles of the Yangtze River Delta,the Pan-Pearl River Delta and the Bohai Rim from 2010 to 2019,the SE-U-SBM model is used to empirically investigate the development characteristics of green innovation efficiency in the three economic circles,and the exploratory spatial data analysis and hotspot analysis are used to explore the spatial-temporal pattern and evolution trend.The results show that the green innovation efficiency of the three economic circles shows a fluctuating upward trend,but the gradient effect is significant:The Yangtze River Delta is in an absolute leading position,and the Bohai Rim is at a low level.The green innovation efficiency of the three major economic circles has a significant positive spatial spillover effect.The spatial transition is mostly manifested as the standard transition,and the phenomenon of“high-level monopoly”and“low-level trap”coexist.The green innovation efficiency of the three major economic circles is cold and hot spots are distributed in flakes.The cold spot area is located in the western part of the Pan-Pearl River Delta and the northern part of the Bohai Rim.The hot spot area is located in the Yangtze River Delta and the eastern part of the Pan-Pearl River Delta,showing a significant spatial convergence effect.
