30%啶氧菌酯·戊唑醇悬浮剂分析方法研究

Method Development to Determine Picoxystrobin+Tebuconazole 30%SC

文章中,建立了液相色谱法同柱分析30%啶氧菌酯、戊唑醇悬浮剂的含量的分析方法,以甲醇和水为流动相,使用Kromasil C_(18)/5μm为填充料的不锈钢柱,检测波长为220 nm。结果表明,啶氧菌酯、戊唑醇的标准曲线线性相关系数分别为0.99997和0.99992,标准偏差分别为0.0001和0.0002,变异系数分别为0.14%和0.11%,平均回收率分别为99.96%和100.01%。

In this paper,a simultaneous analytical method for the determination of 30%Picoxystrobin+Tebuconazole SC was established by using liquid chromatography with the column Kromasil C_(18)/5μm,methanol and water as mobile phase and DVD detector at 220 nm.The results showed that the linear regression coefficients of 0.99997 and 0.99992.the standard deviation of 0.0001 and 0.0002,the variation coefficient of 0.14%and 0.11%,the average recovery of 99.96%and 100.01%were obtained for Picoxystrobin and Tebuconazole,respectively.
