基于POI数据的南京市城区商业空间格局与行业分布时空分析

Spatial analysis of commercial space pattern and industry distribution in Nanjing based on POI data

随着城镇化进程加快,许多城市规划提出城市商业空间发展战略。目前,城市商业设施的规划合理度衡量是经济地理与城市商业领域的研究热点,商业空间格局研究有利于商业中心的合理布局与规划。本文通过抓取南京市城区2010—2018年商业兴趣点(POI)数据,运用地理信息系统(GIS)、统计产品与服务解决方案(SPSS)等工具,通过空间分析、相关性分析开展城市功能区识别,并得出以下结论。近年来,南京市发展从单商圈城市向多商圈、多核心城市转变;商业发展环境不平衡,商业区与产业区、公共服务区及交通设施区的相关系数分别为0.895、0.892、0.948,呈显著正相关;商业区与住宅区的相关系数为0.772,呈较显著正相关;单一功能区与混合功能区比值逐渐降低,商业设施配置逐渐完善,以主城和浦口区为核心向东南方向发展。

With the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of commodity economy,many cities have put forward urban commercial space development strategies in planning.How to measure the planning rationality of commercial facilities in cities is a hot topic in the field of economic geography and urban commerce.The research on the pattern of commercial space is conducive to the rational layout and planning of commercial centers.By capturing the commercial Point of Interest(POI)data in Nanjing urban area from 2010 to 2018,using Geographic Information System(GIS),Statistical Product and Service Solutions(SPSS)and other tools,through spatial analysis,correlation analysis,and identification of urban functional areas,the following conclusions are drawn.The development trend of Nanjing in recent years is to change from a single-business-circle city to a multi-business-circle and multi-core city.Nanjing's commercial development environment is unbalanced,and the correlation coefficients of commercial areas with industrial areas,public service areas and transportation facilities areas are 0.895,0.892 and 0.948 respectively,showing a significant high positive correlation;the correlation coefficient with residential areas is 0.772,showing a significant high positive correlation.The ratio of single-function area to mixed-function area in Nanjing gradually decreases,and the allocation of commercial facilities gradually improves,with the main city area and Pukou area as the core and developing toward the southeast.
