基于石墨烯基多维传感器的智慧农业系统设计

摘要 基于石墨烯的集成多维传感器设计了智慧农业系统,对农产品生长及储存过程中的各个环境参数进行实时有效地监测,该系统利用电阻测量电路测试采集温敏传感器、光敏传感器的电阻值,利用555定时器构建电容测量电路测试采集湿敏传感器、气敏传感器的电容值,再通过无线传感网络对传感器采集数据的处理,进行组网传输到后台处将数据存储分析显示。上位机软件通过读取数据库,将传感器实时信息展示给用户,也可以通过上位机发出指令来控制无线传输网络终端节点。该系统在智慧农业等方面拥有潜在的科研价值,且所用材料性价比高,具有较大的经济社会价值。 The integrated multi-dimensional sensor based on graphene has designed a smart agricultural system,which can effectively monitor various environmental parameters during the growth and storage of agricultural products in real time.555 timer builds a capacitance measurement circuit to test and collect the capacitance values of the humidity sensor and gas sensor,and then processes the data collected by the sensor through the wireless sensor network.The host computer software displays the real-time information of the sensor to the user by reading the database,and can also control the terminal node of the wireless transmission network by issuing instructions from the host computer.The system has potential scientific research value in smart agriculture and other aspects,and the materials used are cost-effective and have great economic and social value.
