摘要
考虑到燃气轮机及汽轮机等大型设备安装用垫铁的调整便利性及调整后的退出机制,设计选用了新型垫铁结构,采用了“无垫铁”调整螺栓来满足相关大型设备的“无垫铁”安装要求。详细介绍了“无垫铁”调整螺栓安装方式,并对有底盘和无底盘的两种安装方式汽轮机组在使用了“无垫铁”调整螺栓之后进行了有限元分析,结果表明:M36、M48两种型号的“无垫铁”调整螺栓自身均符合强度和刚度要求,同时有底盘和无底盘的两种安装方式汽轮机组在使用了“无垫铁”调整螺栓之后的强度和刚度也符合要求。
Considering the convenience of adjustment of the shim for installation of large equipment such as gas turbines and steam turbines.And considering the exit mechanism after adjustment.A new shim structure is selected,and the"no pad iron"adjustment bolt is adopted to meet the installation without iron padding block,and the installation without iron padding block for steam turbine is introduced.The finite element analysis was carried out on the situation.The results showed that:The adjustment bolts of“no pad iron”of the two models such as M36 and M48 meet the strength and rigidity requirements.And the“no pad iron”adjustment bolts are used in the two structure units with and without baseplate.After that,the strength and rigidity meet the requirements.
