摘要
数控车工实训是目前高校工科学生必修实践课程之一,是与课堂教学相结合的重要实践性教学环节,主要按照事先编制好的加工程序,自动地完成被加工零件的加工,从而培养学生观察问题、解决问题和向生产实际学习的能力和方法。但目前高校数控车工实训还存在一些问题,需要不断地探索和改革。通过阐述高校数控车工实训过程中存在的问题,提出了一些解决措施。
Numerical control lathe work training is One of the compulsory practical courses for college engineering students,is an important practical teaching link conbined with classroom teaching,mainly in accordance with the preparation of the processing program,automatically complete the processing of the processed parts,so as to cultivate students’ability and methods of observing and solving problems and learning from the production practice.However,there are still some problems in the training of numerical control lathe work in universities,which need to be explored and reformed constantly.This paper expounds the problems existing in the training of numerical control lathe work in universities,and puts forward some solutions.
