基于感知价值理论的农户黑土地保护继续参与行为机理与因应策略

Mechanism Response Strategies of Farmers′Continuing Participation in Black Land Protection Based on Perceived Value Theory

黑土地是一类珍贵的耕地资源,然而长期的过度集约化、不合理利用使得我国东北黑土区面临土壤“变薄、变瘦、变硬”的困境,对我国粮食安全造成了一定威胁。随着国家对黑土地保护重视程度的提升,我国东北黑土区已开始全面实施黑土地保护的措施,一定数量的农户作为黑土地保护的实施主体参与到了黑土地保护工作中。本文基于感知价值理论,运用文献资料法构建了农户黑土地保护继续参与行为机制模型,探究已参与黑土地保护农户群体继续参与黑土地保护的行为过程机制,并在分析农户行为机理基础上提出农户继续参与黑土地保护行为的因应策略,如继续完善黑土地保护补贴政策、注重提升农户黑土地保护意识、着重宣传黑土地保护成效、鼓励农户参与制定黑土地保护实施方案、组织农户学习新农机和新技术。

Black soil is a kind of precious cultivated land resources.However,long-term excessive intensive and unreasonable utilization makes the black soil area in northeast China face the dilemma of‘thinning,thinning and hardening’,which poses a certain threat to China′s food security.With the increasing attention of the state to the protection of black land,the black soil area in northeast China has begun to fully implement the measures of black land protection.A certain number of farmers have participated in the protection of black land as the main body of black land protection.Based on the theory of perceived value,this paper constructed a model of farmers′continuous participation behavior mechanism in black land protection by using the method of literature,explores the behavior process mechanism of farmers who have participated in black land protection to continue to participate in black land protection,and puts forward the coping strategies of farmers′continuous participation behavior in black land protection based on the analysis of farmers′behavior mechanism.
