目的:了解福州地区护理行业现状、发展趋势及未来五年医疗行业对高职护理专业人才的需求情况。方法:通过企业人士访谈法、问卷调查法、网络调研法等方法了解人才需求情况。结果:未来五年高职护理人才需求占比63%,中职人才需求占比为11%,本科人才需求占比为24%,研究生及以上人才需求占比为2%。结论:福州市及周边地区对高职护理的人才需求仍较大,高职院校应根据市场需求制定人才培养方案,培养符合市场需求的高素质、技能型人才。

Objective:To understand the current situation and development trend of the nursing industry in Fuzhou and the demand for higher vocational nursing professionals in the medical industry in the next five years.Methods:To understand the talent demand through interviews with enterprise personnel,questionnaires,and online research methods.Results:In the next five years,the demand for higher vocational nursing talents will account for 63%,the demand for secondary vocational talents will account for 11%,the demand for undergraduate talents will account for 24%,and the demand for graduate and above talents will account for 2%.Conclusion:The demand for higher vocational nursing talents in Fuzhou city and surrounding areas is still large,and higher vocational colleges should formulate talent cultivation plans based on market demand to cultivate high-quality and skilled talents in line with market demand.
