摘要
大学生就业工作是高校育人工作的重要环节,也是对大学生思想政治教育工作成效的检验。文章分析大学生就业教育的现状,探讨高职财经专业大学生思政教育与就业教育融合存在的问题,研究高职财经专业大学生思政教育与就业教育融合的策略,指出高职院校要抓好日常思政工作中的就业教育,提升学生内驱力;加强师资力量建设,确保思政育人质量;加强校企合作,强化社会实习实践教育。
The employment work of college students is an important link in the education work of universities,and it is also a test of the effectiveness of ideological and political education work for college students.The article analyzes the current situation of employment education for college students,explores the problems in the integration of ideological and political education and employment education for vocational college students majoring in finance and economics,studies the strategies for the integration of ideological and political education and employment education for vocational college students majoring in finance and economics,and points out that vocational colleges should focus on employment education in daily ideological and political work to enhance students'internal drive;strengthen the construction of teaching staff to ensure the quality of ideological and political education;strengthen school enterprise cooperation and strengthen social internship practical education.
