中职学前教育人才培养体系构建策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Constructing a Talent Training System for Preschool Education in Secondary Vocational Schools

中职学前教育专业承担着培养一线优秀幼儿教师和向高校输送优秀毕业生的重要任务,其人才培养体系还存在目标不明确、结构不合理、实践教学体系有待进一步完善、综合素质教育水平有待提升等问题。文章分析中职学前教育人才培养体系构建的必要性,探讨中职学前教育人才培养存在的问题,指出要厘定中职学前教育人才培养目标,优化中职学前教育课程结构,构建中职学前教育实践教育体系,构建中职学前教育素质教育体系。

The preschool education major in vocational schools is responsible for the important task of cultivating excellent frontline preschool teachers and delivering professional talents to universities.However,its talent training system still has problems such as unclear goals,unreasonable structure,and the need for further improvement of the practical teaching system.The article analyzes the necessity of constructing a talent cultivation system for vocational pre-school education,explores the problems in talent cultivation,and points out the need to clarify the goals of talent cultivation for vocational pre-school education,optimize the curriculum structure of vocational pre-school education,construct a practical education system for vocational pre-school education,and construct a quality education system for vocational pre-school education.
