从终身教育角度分析日本的社区教育

摘要 文章着眼于21世纪以来日本终身教育的最新动向——社区教育,对其产生、发展动向进行分析,为中国的终身教育发展提供借鉴。先分析日本终身教育起源、发展趋势和嬗变,然后分析在此过程中强调地域性的社区教育的兴起过程,并通过对日本社区教育的特点以及在初中等教育机构、高等教育机构以及社会教育文化设施中的具体实施办法的研究,得出以下结论:发展终身教育要立足地域实际状况,突出地域性;终身教育中社区教育的发展要与时俱进,要结合生产生活中的实际问题,强调公民的主体性、积极性;终身教育中社区教育的发展要加强该地域学校、社会教育机构和社会团体的有机统一。 This article focuses on the latest trend of lifelong education in Japan since the 21st century-community education,and analyzes its emergence and development trends,providing reference for the development of lifelong education in China.Firstly,it analyzes the origin,development trend,and evolution of lifelong education in Japan,and then analyzes the rise process of community education that emphasizes regional characteristics in this process.Through the study of the characteristics of community education in Japan and the specific implementation methods in educational institutions such as junior middle schools,higher education institutions,and social education and cultural facilities,it is concluded that the development of lifelong education should be based on the actual situation of the region,highlighting regional characteristics;the development of community education in lifelong education should keep pace with the times,combine practical issues in production and life,and emphasize the subjectivity and enthusiasm of citizens;the development of community education in lifelong education should strengthen the organic unity of schools,social education institutions,and social groups in the region.
