摘要
国内挖掘机工作装置轻量化优化设计均是基于静力学仿真分析,针对现有材料Q235、Q345形成的经验判断为主,无法预测材料性能升级后优化方案的可行性。通过实际试验测试、数据分析与处理、多体动力学仿真、瞬态动力学仿真和结构件疲劳分析,建立了挖掘机工作装置疲劳寿命预测及轻量化优化设计技术路线。运用此方法完成了一款机型的结构优化方案和材料优化方案,轻量化率达到20%。
The lightweight optimization design of domestic excavator working devices is based on statics simulation analysis,mainly based on the experience judgment of existing materials Q235 and Q345,which cannot predict the feasibility of the optimization scheme after material performance upgrade.This paper,through the actual test,data analysis and processing,multi-body dynamics simulation,transient dynamics simulation,and structural fatigue analysis,establishes a technical route for fatigue life prediction and lightweight optimization design of excavator working devices.Using this method to complete the structure optimization scheme and material optimization scheme of a model,the lightweight rate reaches 20%.
