0Cr12Mn5Ni4Mo3Al冷轧钢带力学性能不合格原因分析

Analysis of the reason for unqualified mechanical properties of 0Cr12Mn5Ni4Mo3Al cold rolled steel strip

摘要 采用金相显微镜、显微维氏硬度计、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪等检测分析设备,对0Cr12Mn5Ni4Mo3Al冷轧钢带力学性能不合格的原因进行分析。结果表明:在固溶过程中,氨气高温分解后形成的活性氮原子渗入0Cr12Mn5Ni4Mo3Al冷轧钢带表层,降低了0Cr12Mn5Ni4Mo3Al钢的马氏体转变温度,导致钢带表层的奥氏体无法转变为马氏体,大幅降低钢带的力学性能。 The cause of unqualified mechanical properties of 0Cr12Mn5Ni4Mo3Al cold rolled steel strip was analyzed by using an optical microscope,Vickers micro-hardness tester,scanning electron microscope equipped with energy disperse spectroscopy,and XRD,etc.The results show that ammonia decomposed during solution treatment and formed active N atoms,which dissolved into the surface of 0Cr12Mn5Ni4Mo3Al cold rolled steel strip,resulting in reduced martensite transition temperature of 0Cr12Mn5Ni4Mo3Al cold rolled steel strip.Therefore,the austenite could not transform into the martensite on the surface of the steel strip,which remarkably reduced the mechanical properties of the material.
