摘要
锌渣缺陷一直是困扰热镀铝锌厚板生产表面质量控制的难题。锌渣缺陷的宏观形貌呈片状,对其进行微观形貌及能谱分析,结果表明:片状锌渣为锌灰导致,而非常规认知的锌锅内的浮渣和辊系结渣引起。通过对片状锌渣缺陷产生原因的分析,并结合梅钢热镀铝锌产线的工艺特点,提出了片状锌渣缺陷的控制措施。
Zinc dross defects have always been a difficult problem in the surface quality control of hot-dip galvalume thick plate production.The macro morphology of the defect is a flake.The micro morphology and energy spectrum analysis of the zinc dross defect shows that the flake zinc dross is caused by zinc ash,rather than the dross in the zinc pot and the slagging of the roll system.Based on the analysis of the causes of flake zinc dross defects and the process characteristics of the hot-dip galvalume plating line in Meishan Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.,the control measures of flake zinc dross defects were put forward.
