开放大学举办乡村振兴学院:模式创新及其实现——基于共生理论的视角

Open University Holding Rural Revitalization College:Mode Innovation and Implementation-From the Perspective of Symbiosis Theory

举办乡村振兴学院,有利于快速集聚各类资源,规模性、系统性地开展相关培训培育;同时,也有利于精准服务当地发展,助力精准扶贫,对于推动乡村振兴的目标实现具有重要的引领示范效应。当前,我国乡村振兴学院的建设取得了初步的成效。经过总体调研,发现乡村振兴学院现有的几种主要办学模式各有其不足,办学力量还较为薄弱,难以满足乡村振兴学院的实际发展需求。基于此,从共生理论的视角,分析开放大学举办乡村振兴学院的优势所在,从共生单元选择、共生模式创建、共生环境打造三个方面构建开放大学举办的乡村振兴学院共生系统,并系统设计乡村振兴学院的运行机制,探索共生理论视角下开放大学举办乡村振兴学院的发展策略。

The establishment of the rural revitalization college is conducive to rapidly gathering various resources,carrying out relevant training and cultivation in a large-scale and systematic manner,and is also conducive to precisely serving local development and assisting targeted poverty alleviation,which has an important leading and demonstration effect in promoting the realization of the goal of rural revitalization.At present,the construction of China's rural revitalization college has achieved preliminary results.After the overall investigation,it is found that several major education modes of the current rural revitalization college have their own drawbacks,and the education forces are still relatively weak,and it is difficult to meet the actual needs of the rural revitalization college.Based on this,from the perspective of symbiosis theory,this paper analyzes the advantages of the open university in building the college of rural revitalization,constructs the symbiotic system of the college of rural revitalization of the open university from three aspects:the selection of symbiotic units,the desining of symbiotic mode and the creation of symbiotic environment,and systematically designs the operation mechanism of the college of rural revitalization of the open university,and explores the development strategies of the college of rural revitalization of the open university under the symbiosis theory.
