摘要
在价值维度,从继承马克思主义“共同体”思想、“人的全面发展”学说、“实践论”的三个核心取向阐释了德育共同体的实质内涵,端正了高职校企德育共同体构建的价值取向;在现实维度,从落实立德树人根本任务、推动“崇德强技”人才观发展、打造“匠心文化”德育特色品牌的三个时代课题对高职德育发展蓝图进行全新擘画,明确了高职校企德育共同体构建的现实逻辑;在实践维度,从消融德育主体利益壁垒、建立校企德育导师制体系、技术赋能德育模式创新发展的三个实践路径提供了校企德育共同体构建的实践方案,为建设校企协同德育工作体系、推动高职德育创新发展提供行动指南。
In the value dimension,this paper explains the essential connotation of"moral education community"from three core orientations of inheriting Marxist's"Community"thought,"Human's All-round Development"theory and"On Practice",and corrects the value orientation of constructing school-enterprise moral education community in higher vocational colleges.In the reality dimension,it draws a brand-new blueprint for the development of moral education in higher vocational colleges from three issues of the times,such as implementing the fundamental task of strengthening morality education and cultivating people,promoting the development of talent concept of"upholding morality and improving skills",and creating the characteristic brand of moral education with"ingenuity culture",and clarifies the realistic logic of constructing school-enterprise moral education community in higher vocational colleges.In the dimension of practice,it provides a practical scheme for the construction of school-enterprise moral education community from three practical paths:removing the interest barriers of moral education subjects,establishing the tutorial system of school-enterprise moral education,and innovating the technical empowerment of moral education mode,which provides a guide for constructing school-enterprise cooperative moral education system and promoting innovative development of moral education in higher vocational colleges.
