摘要 随着国家“双碳”政策的实施和多地“禁/限塑”法令的颁布,环保、绿色的可生物降解塑料发展迅速,其中以聚对苯二甲酸己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)最为突出。PBAT市场产能的巨大释放,极大地促进了合成原料1,4-丁二醇(BDO)的需求,相关企业纷纷布局包括BDO在内的化工产业链。为了进一步地熟悉BDO的合成工艺和发展方向,本文首先概述了目前BDO四种主要工业化生产方法,然后重点介绍了生物法合成BDO的工艺研究和产业化应用进展,最后对生物法合成BDO的未来发展前景进行了展望。 With the implementation of the national“double carbon”policy and the promulgation of the“plastic prohibition”law in many places,environmentally friendly and green biodegradable plastics are developing rapidly,among which polybutylene terephthalate adipate(PBAT)is the most prominent.The huge release of PBAT market capacity has greatly promoted the demand for synthetic raw material 1,4-butanediol(BDO),and related enterprises have arranged the chemical industry chain including BDO.In order to further familiar with BDO synthesis process and developing direction,this paper firstly summarizes the current four major industrialized production process of BDO,and then focuses on the technical research and industrialization progress of biosynthesis of BDO.Finally,the future prospects of BDO are prospected.
